Busy Day!

I’m so stoked for the rest of my day…I have work till like 345 and then I’m heading straight to the gym. I’m training with Dan at 5, so I’ll do cardio from the time I get to the gym till 5, train for a half hour then have a little while to relax before going to spin class at 645. I’m excited. I need a day like today with a ton of exercise and just feeling good. =) I hope everyone has had a good week so far and that it continues to go well! <3

Freaking love this!  I try to drink at least 8 cups of water a day.  I have a 32 oz. water bottle that I carry with me and I make it a little goal to finish 2 of them a day.  :)
